NS & Sons Landscape Gardening is an independent landscape gardening business based in Inverness, serving Inverness and the surrounding Highlands. You can reach us on 07490 010563 or at info@ns-landscaping.co.uk.

-   Contact details you give us, name, phone number, email, address or town, and any details about the job.
-   Photos or videos you send us to help price the work.
-   Basic technical information about your visit (browser type, pages viewed) collected by standard web tooling.

## Why we use it

-   To reply to your quote request or enquiry.
-   To arrange, deliver and invoice work you have booked.
-   To keep records for our own accounting and warranty purposes.

## Lawful basis

We rely on your consent when you contact us, and on legitimate interests / contract when we quote for or carry out work.

## Sharing

We do not sell your information. We only share it with providers strictly needed to run our business (for example email hosting) and where required by law.

## How long we keep it

Quote enquiries that don't turn into work are kept for up to 12 months. Customer records tied to completed work are kept for up to 6 years to meet HMRC requirements.

## Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within one calendar month.
